both teams like to play from a solid defense..especially the combination with rostock at home should be low scoring.
Rostock is playing better lately, but that should only cause more respect from Hannover and an increased defense first tactic.
I think Hannover will be satisfied with a draw here.
Before their last home game (3-2 vs. cottbus in a derby -- special emotions) 4 of 5 home games went under.
Hannover s last 4 away games have been under the number.

there were some scoring chances, but overall everything looked like a typicall 0-0 game until out of really nothing Hannover scored the 1-0...even after that it was not a desperate opening up by rostock or so...hannover just came twice somehow close to the goal shooting without having any real big interest to score (justr playing out the time) and they went all inhno:

Big card for today, but i like it:
Schalke- Bochum: Schalke -1 @ 1.91 !! 2 units!!
It s a local derby in which Bochum did pretty well over the last few years, but Schalke will take Bochum seroius this time...They need to get back on track in Bundesliga also at home to keep the top spots in reachable distance.
The return of Kuranyi was a big boost last week on and off the field as he is bringing the winning attitude again back to the team. they responded immediately with a 3-2 away win at Hannover.
The 0-0 draw during the week at Valencia should also work as a positive factor today as they got the result that they need and actually did not waste too much energy in this midwekk game after Valencia was down to 10 men.
Bochum on the other hand got the wins lately agianst relegation that they wanted. They played a stretch against bottom teams on wich they really focused and they achieved their goals. i dont say that today s game is a let down for them as it is a derby, but definetely not "that important for them"... any way Schalke at -1 at home is a great play

it s the big match of the day in germany today. no 2 vs. no 3 plus north derby. Highly anticipated and everybody expects a great match..i dont (and least from scoring).
Both teams are red hot in Bundesliga, so no difference here, but Bremen is coming off another highlight the 3-2 midweek win over Real. They focused a lot on that as it was their last chance to stay in ECL.
Diego wil be back for today, but all the other players re still missing, but again i dont think this will be much of a factor.
Hamburg won 3-0 on Thursday vs. Rennes, but they could really safe some energy in this match..the focus in Hamburg is much longer on this match than for Bremen.
What brings me to the under is the fact, that Hamburg is especially in away games a very discziplined an defensive minded team..as shown in away games like München or Schalke they are really able to shut down powerful offenses.
Bremens success in Bundesliga is usually that they simply can overpower the teams and score a lot of goals out of tons of chance...they will not get so mayn today. this is historically a tight match. the last 3 games at Bremen have ended 0-2,1-1,1-1.
i expect both teams happy with a draw and a 1-1 could be very likely again.
i also have a leaning on Hamburg at +0.25 but like the under much more.

Berlin- Leverkusen: Leverkusen pk,-0.5 @ 2.0 and under 3 @ 1.83
Leverkusen has a great history playing at Berlin winning 3-2 and 5-1 the last 2 years and also before that.
Overall there should not be too much between the teams right now with Berlin at home, but Leverkusen really makes a charge to the top in Bundesliga right now and i see a good chance they continue that over a always suspect and unreliale Berlin team.
The total i dont understand at all: Berlin s last 3 home games were 0-0,1-0,2-0 all really low scoring. leverkusen is also in away games a low scoring team. three away games this season reached 3 goals but none went over.

it s my week of the unders in Bundesliga it seems. Cottbus only chance is playing from a solid defense..they are not capable of out scoring anybody, even at home. Karlsruhe the surprise of the season comes also usually from a strong defense and tries to find their success on counter attack. Probably this will be difficult today and Cottbus will not totally press for offense..this is a typical under the radar 1 or 2 goal total game..whoever might win.
Wolfsburg- Frankfurt: Wolfsburg -0.5 @ 1.82
I like Wolfsburg at home to get back on track..too much potential there, while Frankfurt is struggeling a bit lately and has injury problems.

Leverkusen has a great history playing at Berlin winning 3-2 and 5-1 the last 2 years and also before that.

Köln- Augsburg: Köln -1,-0.5 @ 1.90 !! 2 units!!
Köln is on a good run right now. 4 wins in last 6 games and 3 home wins in a row brought them close to promotion spots where they belong. they are beating this season especially all the bottom teams like Augsburg. Only problem is sometimes that they have problems to put teams away at home but their powerful offense gets the job done so far (9 goals i last 3 home games).
Augsburg on the other hand got a much need home win last week over Aachen but is still in big relegation trouble. they have only 2 draws (with 5 losses) in 7 away games this season and this one should be difficult again.
Fürth- Osnabrück: Osnabrück +1 @ 1.86
on paper it looks like i picked the wrong side. Fürth is one of the better teams in the league, but they are struggeling la bit lately especially at home.they have not won one of last 4 home games.
Osnabrück has lost it s last 3 away games, but they played well in all of them and kept them close...i am not saying that the get a draw here, but it will be a difficult match for fürth and i dont see a blow out. worst case should be a push here with the +1 line.
München- Paderborn: Paderborn +1 @1.83 and under 2.5 @1.96
Similar situation here. on paper an easy München win. they have not won in last 3 games and only one win in last 4 home games. only in their first home game of the season they have beaten a team by two goals.
Paderborn is still in last place, but they got the monkey off their back with last weeks first win over Fürth. As Osnabrück they got only one point in last 3 away games but keeping games close. this is based on a very solid defense.only 6 goals in last 4 games overall, while München is also struggeling a bit on offense.
These are two correlated plays..i think if Paderborn covers it will stay under, so in case you dont want to spend 2 units i would actually go with the under.

this is based on the fact that München should be able to control the game. i expect them to win here, but Bielefeld put some great effords (and results) in this matchup over the last 3 years, so the -1.25 is siply too much for me in an away game.
München is coming of a tough Uefa-cup game at Portugal on Thursday...this is usually a situation where münchen tries to control the game once they take the lead towards the end.so i dont see them going for a blow out..in case Bielefeld somehow gets on the board this should be a push worst case, but i really like that to stay under.
